Before you enrol

1. What this course is

This course is psychoeducational material developed by Dr Alla Demutska, a clinical psychologist with 15+ years of clinical experience. It draws on published research and on the frameworks she uses in her clinical practice.

The course is not therapy. Enrolling in the course does not create a therapeutic relationship or a doctor-patient relationship between Dr Alla Demutska and you. The content is educational and reflective. It is not clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are in active psychological difficulty and want individualised care, please seek a registered mental health practitioner in your jurisdiction. The course is not a substitute.

2. Who this course is not designed for

This course is not designed for people in the following circumstances. If any of these apply to you now, please do not enrol until they have been addressed with a clinician:

• Active suicidal thoughts or self-harm urges
• A critic so loud right now that it is producing thoughts of not wanting to be here
• Severe shame-based trauma from abuse or neglect that has not been clinically addressed
• Major depression currently in an acute phase
• A personality disorder diagnosis where self-attack is a core feature, without current clinical care for it
• An active eating disorder that is not being treated by a clinician
• Recent trauma (within the past 6-12 months) that has not been stabilised
• A current unsafe relationship
• An unmanaged severe mental health condition

If you are unsure, please speak with your therapist or GP before enrolling.

3. If distress arises during the course

The material may bring difficult emotions or memories forward. If that happens:

• Pause the material and step out of the work
• Use the grounding practices provided in the course
• Reach out to a therapist. If you do not have one, please arrange one before continuing
• Crisis resources: In Singapore, Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) 1767, CareText WhatsApp 91511767. In Australia, Lifeline 13 11 14. In the UK, Samaritans 116 123. In the US, call or text 988. Elsewhere, your country's helpline is listed at findahelpline.com.

Dr Alla Demutska is not available for individual clinical support outside her private practice, which is separate from this course.

4. Access, duration, and refunds

Your enrolment gives you access to the course materials for 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months, access ends automatically. Materials cannot be re-accessed unless a new enrolment is purchased.

Modules open one per week. Module 1 opens immediately, and each following module opens 7 days after the one before, counted from your date of purchase. The course is built to be practised, and each practice needs time before the next begins. Once a module opens, it stays open for the rest of your access period, so beyond the weekly opening you work at your own pace.

Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, less a 10% deduction that covers card processing and administration fees. After 48 hours, all sales are final, except where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you. To request a refund, write to admin@drallademutska.com.

5. Intellectual property - all course materials are owned by Dr Alla Demutska

All course content - videos, audio recordings, PDFs, workbooks, worksheets, written materials, slides, spoken material, and any other material provided as part of this course - is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr Alla Demutska.

By enrolling, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own private educational use during the access period only.

You do NOT receive the right to:

• Share, copy, distribute, upload, or resell any part of the course
• Screen-record, film, screenshot (beyond incidental note-taking), or otherwise reproduce the course videos or audio
• Post course materials or extracts (including your own summaries or paraphrases of substantial portions) on social media, blogs, YouTube, Substack, TikTok, or any other public platform
• Provide course access to any other person, including a partner, family member, colleague, or client
• Use course materials in your own teaching, training, coaching, or clinical work with clients, or to build derivative programmes
• Use any part of the course materials to train artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or automated content generation tools
• Translate the materials into other languages for distribution

6. Right to enforce

Dr Alla Demutska reserves the right to pursue any breach of Section 5 through legal action, including but not limited to:

• Immediate termination of your course access without refund
• Removal of infringing content through DMCA takedown notices and equivalent processes in other jurisdictions
• Civil claims for damages, including statutory damages where applicable
• Recovery of reasonable legal costs

Suspected breaches will be documented. Repeat or wilful breaches may be reported to relevant professional bodies where the buyer is a registered practitioner.

7. Your own use of what you learn

You are welcome and encouraged to apply what you learn in the course to your own life. If you are a clinician, you may draw on general concepts in your own clinical thinking, subject to standard professional citation practice - but you may not reproduce Dr Alla Demutska's specific worksheets, frameworks, scripts, or materials in your work with clients or in your own teaching.

If you would like to teach or reference specific frameworks from this course in your own professional work, please contact Dr Alla Demutska in advance to discuss licensing.

8. Voice, likeness, and AI

Dr Alla Demutska has not authorised, and does not authorise, any voice cloning, video deepfaking, image generation, or artificial reproduction of her likeness, voice, image, name, or clinical persona for any purpose.

Any AI-generated content that appears to be by Dr Alla Demutska but was not produced or approved by her is fraudulent and will be pursued.

9. Privacy and data

Your name and email address will be stored for enrolment purposes and for periodic course-related communication. The record of this agreement also stores the IP address and browser it was signed from, as evidence of signing. Payment is processed by Stripe, and emails are delivered by Resend; both act as processors only. Your data will not be sold, and will not be shared with third parties beyond these processors. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to admin@drallademutska.com.

The course is not a clinical record and does not create any clinical documentation about you.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be determined in an Australian court.
