September 2026 Cohort · Reserve your seat

Hold your place

A USD $200 deposit reserves your seat in the September 2026 cohort while your application is reviewed. Please read what follows carefully before paying.

$200
USD - one-time deposit Holds your seat for the September 2026 cohort while your application is reviewed. Applies to your total programme fee of USD $1,500 if accepted. The balance of USD $1,300 is due by 10 August 2026. The deposit is non-refundable once paid - it covers our application review and holds your seat. If we decide the cohort is not the right fit, the deposit is refunded in full. The balance is fully refundable up to one week before the programme starts (2 September 2026), then 50% refundable in the final week, and non-refundable once the programme begins.

How this works

  1. You pay the USD $200 deposit now and your seat is held.
  2. You complete the application form within seven days. The form covers clinical history, current support, and consent.
  3. I read every application personally. You will hear back from me within five working days of submission.
  4. If we are a fit, your deposit applies to the total programme fee of USD $1,500. The balance of USD $1,300 is due by 10 August 2026.
  5. If we decide the cohort is not the right fit at this time, your deposit is refunded in full.
  6. If you withdraw, the deposit is non-refundable - it covers our application review and holds the seat for you. The balance (USD $1,300) is fully refundable up to one week before the programme starts (on or before 2 September 2026), 50% refundable in the final week before start, and non-refundable once the programme has begun on 9 September.

What this programme is

A small, closed, 12-session group programme for women in the second half of life. Co-facilitated by Dr Alla Demutska (Clinical Psychologist, 15+ years experience) and Dr Yvonne Sum (Leadership Trainer). Live online sessions, weekly, for three months.

Includes ongoing access to the programme materials and Dr Alla's mini-courses (video teachings, audio practices, and PDF workbooks) throughout the programme and for three months after the final session.

A small note before you pay

This is psychoeducational group work, not individual therapy or crisis care. If you are currently in an acute or critical state - for example, in active treatment for an eating disorder, navigating an unsafe relationship, or in a recent crisis - the group is not the right setting at this time and we ask that you do not pay the deposit. Being in individual therapy alongside the group is fine and often supportive. You are welcome to apply again when your circumstances change.

Want the full detail before paying? Read the full Participant Agreement (PDF) → - the document you would sign after I accept your application. It covers fees, refunds, intellectual property, confidentiality, and the full clinical scope of the programme. Reading it is optional at this stage; signing it happens after acceptance.
