Meet Your
Inner Critic

For the voice that catches everything you do wrong before anyone else can

For most of your life you have probably thought the voice in your head was you. The one that arrives first thing in the morning. The one that catalogues every small mistake. The one that scolds you for resting, for asking, for needing.

You have probably tried to argue with it. To replace it with something kinder. To talk yourself out of believing it. None of it has stopped it. It arrives again the next morning, with the same lines, in the same tone, calibrated to whatever room you are about to walk into.

The reason none of it works is structural. The critic is not a thinking problem. It is a part of you with a history and a job. This guide is a clinical introduction to who it is, why silencing it does not work, and what does. It also briefly introduces the inner ally - the voice we develop in the deeper mini course.
