Online and In Person Therapy

I provide both online and in person therapy. My office location is in Central Singapore.

With online therapy the geographical barriers are removed. Whether you are located in Hong Kong, Singapore or Melbourne, you can organise a session with me from the comfort of your home. Recent research studies suggest that online therapy is as efficient as face-to-face therapy.

Some of the benefits of online therapy include convenience and safety, time and cost saving. You have increased flexibility and continuity – you can see your psychologist even if you are travelling or not feeling well. Also some clients report a sense of increased intimacy – your psychologist can see how you live and you can share meaningful artefacts over the video.
